  • Flip flops or pool sliders for moving between the sauna and ice bath

  • Water bottle to stay hydrated

How long is each session?

Each session lasts 45 minutes, providing ample time to alternate between the sauna and ice bath for optimal recovery.

Is the space private or shared?

We offer both private and shared sessions. Private bookings ensure exclusive access, while shared sessions allow you to enjoy the experience with others. Please use a contact us form for private sessions.

Can I use essential oils or personal products?

To maintain the integrity of our facilities and ensure everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that you do not use essential oils, shower gels, shampoos, or conditioners during your visit.

Are there changing facilities available?

Yes, we provide clean and comfortable changing areas for your convenience.

Is there a café on-site?

While FLEXCOOP doesn’t operate a café, we’re conveniently located above Twin Lakes Velo Café, where you can enjoy a variety of refreshments before or after your session.
