FLEXCOOP was born out of a simple idea — to create a recovery space that feels just as good as it works.

Founded by Grace (of FlexiFly Pilates) and Jake (of Goose Coop clothing), the name FLEXCOOP started as a joke — but quickly stuck. After hours of trying to name this new venture, Jake said, “What about FlexCoop?” And it just fit. A flexible, feel-good space where you come to recalibrate, reset, and recover.

At FLEXCOOP, we’ve brought together infrared saunas and cold plunge therapy in a private, premium environment — because let’s be honest, not everyone wants to wind down next to a hairdryer in the back of a gym. This is your own little haven, where you can show up solo or bring your crew, take a breath, and leave feeling totally different to when you walked in.

We’re based JUST OUTSIDE TWIN Lakes Velo Café in Croston, sharing the space with FlexiFly Pilates, our third reformer studio. Whether you’re here for a workout, a chill, or both — FLEXCOOP is your spot for real recovery, in the real world.
