Cancellations & refunds

We totally understand that life can get busy and plans may change — here’s how cancellations and refunds work at FLEXCOOP:

❗ Cancellation Window

We kindly ask that all bookings be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before your session:
    You’ll receive a full credit to rebook another session.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session:
    Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a credit or refund, as it’s unlikely we’ll be able to fill the space at short notice.

🔁 Rescheduling

You’re welcome to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours in advance via your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

💳 Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds on bookings. If cancelled in time, your session will be credited to your account for future use.
